Healthy Heart Event

What a fantastic turnout on Saturday! Despite the heat, almost 60 patients from the Braintree PCN joined us for our first-ever cardiovascular event.

A huge shout-out to our Transformation Lead, Lucy, for hosting such an important and successful day. Patients had access to vital health checks, weight loss advice, stop smoking services, and social prescribing advice.
