OCTOBERS HEALTHY HEART EVENT

Our next Healthy Heart Event will be held on Saturday 25th October at Braintree Museum.
This event is directed at patients registered at Church Lane Surgery, however patients from across Braintree PCN are eligible to attend.
On attending you will be met with the opportunity to see:
- One of 4 nurses who will be performing the health checks and blood pressure reviews
- Social prescriber who is trained in smoking cessation
- Lindsey and Timothy who will be present as representatives from Provide advising on services such as weight management, health checks and smoking cessation
- Freshwell Low Carb Community
- Callum Riordan from Active Essex
Please be aware you must be registered at one of the five practices within the PCN to attend the event.
